My friend Pamela's early Birthday and Christmas gift for me

Hello there beautiful ladies... I want to share to you this special and very early Birthday and Christmas gift that was given to me this 29th of November 2011.
These beautiful stuff are given by my friend Pamela Aguilos whose also known as The Big Bad Wolf...
I met Pamela at facebook and though we haven't met each other personally yet its as if we are biological sister..
I feel her pain and she does mine, its like we've known each other all our lives...

I was very very excited when she told me last Saturday (November 26) that she has sent her package for me but when she checked the carrier on Sunday and told her that the package was not yet sent we both want to kill the person responsible (it's just a figure of speech hehehe, we are both harmless).
Then she asked me to check if the carrier had finally sent the item and luckily they answered that I would be receiving my package in 2-3 days it made us sad we were so happy and excited about it we were always talking about it...
So finally Tuesday came and all morning I was waiting for a text message from the carrier and it finally came at 2 in the afternoon.

Pamela wanted me to go home quickly so that I can open my gifts...
But I still have to wait for my children so we went home at 6 pm... Pamela was so anxious so I called her to tell her my details in opening them...
I felt like a fool screaming with happiness while opening the packs

This was the first pack that I opened they are the Bobbie holo collection...
I have been dreaming of having a holo polish collection... I don't care if they are local as long as they are holo...
This polishes are very very hard to find here in Palawan so she thought of buying this for me...
Finally my own holo polishes hahahaha....

These were her franken polish and the etude that she said my very personal birthday gift...
I love red so she gave me this.... and honestly I love it!!!!!

I will be posting my swatches on these polishes and more...
I will also be posting her gift that are for my eyes only hehehe...
so please watch out for it...

Please comment... I would love to hear from you...
Thank you for bearing with me....

Hello my sweet hearts I'm back again....
Thank you for patiently waiting for my posts...

This time instead of explaining each nail art design to you in detail, I will describe the feeling that I felt when i was doing them...
Right now I just put 5 pictures of different designs to start with later on I will post more 5 designs on every post until I reach my latest design..
I try to do a new design every wee for my customers... they easily get tired of the same designs so I must think of something new.

The first one is this beautiful flower french tip with a twist...
instead of our usual french tips i added some twist to it by doing it in half white and half red...
the on my ring finger and thumb I put half of a flower..
I was just playing around with my polishes when this idea came up, since red is my favorite color and it looks good on me I decided to use it... then amazingly there it is this flower tip design..

Next is this gold and bronze fading effect design..I like bronze and gold on a separate basis so I said to myself why not combine those two what and see the outcome if it will be beautiful... then I added my fairy dust glitter polish and added a flower...
it looks so simple but elegant, right?

And here is another french tip with a twist..
I put flowers with different colors on them and the colors complimented with each other and I love looking at it coz it looks so refreshing to the eyes...

And here is another red ( I don't love red promise...)
this day I can't think of any design and I wanted to beat my self senseless coz I can't even think of a simple design...
so I took out all my nail polishes, then what else do you expect?, I picked out the red and applied it on my nails just so it will not be left unpainted..
then I looked in on all my designs the thought why not add glitter on it,my favorite fairy dust, then put a couple of flowers on them...
after the flowers I wanted to hug myself coz I made a beautiful design when I wanted to beat my self hahahaha....

And this design was inspired by my favorite nail artist in youtube love4nails...
you should check her out...
I used dry glitters here that's why they are embossed and it added volume to the design...
I actually made different colors of this design which unfortunately I didn't took pictures...
I did a lavander, tan, red, and green...
this is one of the designs that I repeat on my nails if I really can't think of any design....

And there it is my first batch of designs...
I hope you liked them...
You are free to copy them if they have given you the inspiration to try them...
And I would like to hear your opinion if you have tried them and of course a photo if you please?

so see you next time on my next batch...

"Haunted House"

This was my entry to the halloween nail art contest at Nailnation Fun Polish and Talk.
I wanted to post this here so that you will know how to make it.
It is just easy to do.
So here goes...

This are the materials that I used...
Top coat by "Klik"
Mango by "Caress"
Sapphire by "My Polish"
Fairy dust by "Posh nails"
Black Stripper by "LM Taiwan"
and Yellow 2 way Nail Pen

I painted base coat by "Caronia" on my nails the most important part...
Trivia: You must put base coat first before doing any painting or designing on your nails to protect them... coloreless nail polishes are alot less toxic than colored nail polishes because they are colorless... The brighter the or the darker the color of your nail polish the higher the toxin... So to prevent your nails from toxin and to make it stronger use base coat...

Then I painted my nails in sapphire. I put 2 coats of it on my nails.

Put it evenly for nice results.

Then I painted the mango on half of my nails making it as a tip. Then I dabbed on it to make it look faded.

And added the fairy dust on my entire nails.

Using my black stripper I added an uneven black tip, it must look spiky so that it will look like shadows.

Then I added all the details of my haunted house design.. Starting with the leaning tree on my thumb and point finger. Next was the shadow of a building and the bat on my pinky, then the full moon and more buildings on my ring finger and lastly my house.. I first outlined the frame and detailed it and added the yellow on the middle to make it look like it was lighted inside.

So there you are its simple right? I encourage you to try it. You can use any polish you like and you can also adjust them to your liking... Enjoy!!!

"Dotted Rainbow"

Dotts.... The first idea that came to my mind when I started my very first nail art design.

Dotts... I think it was the easiest design but when I stated it, it gave me a hard time thinking of how to make them cute...

Then I saw a rainbow and I used it as  an inspiration...
(Sorry about the pictures if they are blurred they are my first, and I was using my phone then)
I used my favorite colors here and I don't have any dotting tools yet so I just used some toothpick... I cut the pointed end for the big dots and used the pointed ones for the small dots.

Then I had my very first design...
This is where I stated my designs... from this design i got inspired learning more...

"Palawan" My Adopted Hometown

"Palawan"
It has been 15 years since I came to this beautiful place and haven't left it since...
I first came here when I was 12 years old and having been raised in the city I hated the provincial way of living here. Everything from fashion to movies were late in coming here. I missed the noise, traffic and pollution that was used to in Manila. So I swore to myself never in my entire life will I return to this place.

Then after 5 years I found myself on board a ship going here and taking a summer vacation. Then suddenly my father surprised me of the news that I will continue my studies here in this place that I hated when I was a kid. I felt like all my dreams shuttered. then I went to college and met the man that I never realized that I will marry someday. I never Imagined that I will get married here and stay here for the rest of my life. Here in this place where I hated the most because of its provincial lifestyle. Here where I will raise my kids and probably where I will die.

Here in "Palawan" where my dreams shattered is where I built new ones. This is where I started to hope again.

Here where you can find the famous Underground River (Subterranian River)

Where you can find beautiful beaches that can match famous and beautiful beaches around the world. Here we don't experience earthquakes, typhoons, pollution and anywhere you go you will see trees and flowers everywhere.

I'll tell you a secret... yes I've lived here for 15 years, but I will never exchange that 15 years with the 17 years that I've stayed in Manila . I've finally realized that I love living here in Palawan. That yes my dreams shattered but I found my true happiness here in Palawan and here is where I'll stay.

Please watch out for my nail art designs which I will be posting here...
